I also have severe acid reflux from it. Sometimes it is 4 hours or more before I can lay down after eating. I also been diagnosed with major depression since I was 30, although I believe my symptoms go back to my teens. I have a very difficult time with sleep. Even though I use a CPAP machine, sleep studies show I wake up often and have very little to no deep sleep and my REM sleep is below normal.

I am wondering if a vagus nerve stimulator would help all three of my conditions?
