The Fitbit Charge3 got me interested in HRV. An Elte finger unit shows more consistency if I match timing and positioning but what both measure seems a little far from the actually beating heart. I'm not so interested in absolute value as direction of change right now so these give me some data. As a surveyor I've certified lots of numbers but I've never certified an average or statistic, too easy to manipulate.

Best investment into my health

I just love this little devise. The first couple of days I need to get used to it but it seems that my body has now fully tuned into it. Very easy to use. The delivery within the UK was super fast for me (less than 24 hrs). I have dry and itchy skin and woke up sometimes during the night scratching. Since the first night I have been using the vagus nerve stimulator I noticed that I am not waking up scratching my skin. The stimulator is like a gentle reset button in your body, forcing the body to deeply relax! I feel very calm and relaxed in myself. I gave the stimulator away for my friend to try it out, after 5 days, I phoned her that I need it back as I was missing it. She has fallen in love with the machine too and now looking to buy one for herself! Best investment for my health in 2020. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Can change levels of intensity to your desire. Only 15 mins though. Feels good.
