I wish to return my unit and cannot get a response for an address to ship it. I have tried email, IG, and directly on this site.

You need to check your SPAM folder when you don’t get a reply because that is where it will be. ESPECIALLY if you are a Yahoo email account holder.
I received tVNS. I opened the package and started to use. It kept saying Error code 864.
I charged the product to make sure. It still does not work.
Checked for the error code which interesting is not described in the booklet. It simply says to check on the website where it says that it is a faulty ear clips. Mine is brand new.
I live in USA. Tried to contact the phone number given. It simply ends the call.
Only option was to email them in the hope that I don’t lose my money.

Apologies for the device problem and thanks for bringing it to our attention. As explained 864 is a cable fault. Hopefully you have no received your replacement and all is well.
I initially was very happy, until it needed charging. The little switch button would not work after that. I emailed them and got a swift reply saying they would send me a replacement due to the fault. I have not received my replacement nor a response to emails since. I am in Australia so the cost was $705.01 AUS. My emails were sent in March this year.
Hated it. Sent back.
